1. The program
The Newly affiliate program pays you a commission when people you refer become paying Newly customers. You join at newlyapp.tolt.io, where you get your referral link and a dashboard. These terms apply alongside our Terms of Service.
2. What you earn
- 60% of each referred new customer’s revenue for their first 6 months as a paying customer.
- After those 6 months, commission on that customer stops.
- There is no cap on the number of customers you can refer.
3. What counts as revenue
Revenue means what a referred new customer pays Newly during their first 6 months. Fees customers pay to others, such as Apple, Google or domain registrars, are not Newly revenue.
4. How referrals are tracked
When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie remembers it for 30 days. If they sign up for Newly within those 30 days, they count as your referral.
5. Approval and payouts
We review every commission before approving it. Payouts are managed by Tolt, our affiliate platform: approved commissions are paid monthly on NET-15 terms, with no minimum, and a month’s commissions are invoiced around the 10th of the next month. You can see each commission’s status in your dashboard. Commissions from traffic that breaks these terms are not approved.

7. What is not allowed
